The cub leadership team consists of three warranted leaders and two helpers. In cubs,
all leaders are known by the name of animals from the jungle book, so you may wish to look
for them by this.
Akela is the name given to the leader of the pack. In 1st Uxbridge, this is
Sandra Sibley. She is a hard working mother who binds the leadership team together.
Sandra is currently taking some time off. |

Kaa
| Kaa is a 23 year old male whose real name is Robin Ford. He works as a computer
security Technician for Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. His main skills are a thorough
knowledge of the training syllabus as well as an outgoing personality. He was the Akela
for 8th Uxbridge. |

Shere Khan
Shere Khan is a 20 year old male whose real name is Michael Hudgell. He is a student at
Brunel University. His main skills are organisation as well as a thorough knowledge of

Baloo
| Baloo is the senior member of the leadership team, and a member of the district scout
fellowship. She is now retired. Her main skills are a wealth of experience about cubs and
an overflowing pot of ideas. She is also the section treasurer. |

John is a helper from the Scout section, and a District Scout Leader. He is very
knowledgeable in all aspects of Scoutcraft.
